How to use this product:
• Using a shadow brush apply Eye Powder onto eyelid.
• Use the matte shades to sculpt and define the eyes.
• Apply shimmer shades with a fluffy brush to add a soft glow to the eyes or use a dense brush or finger for a dramatic sparkling effect.
• For a longer-lasting effect, prep the eyelid with Primed™ Eye Primer before applying EYE Powder.
